Collective Worship

We have assemblies (collective worship) each day. We celebrate a range of religions though our collective worship time, as well as reinforcing our British Values, school core values and celebrating our successes.

On Monday, we have a whole school assembly in the hall where we learn about key themes or are introduced to a topic for the week. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays we have colllective worship in class with our teacher. We always end our collective worship time by reflecting on what we have learnt and how this can apply to us.

Our Friday assembly is a time to celebrate together what we have done well that week. Certificates are awarded for showing our core values, lunchtime awards and learner of the week awards.

As the school grows over time, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays we will meet as a whole school for collective worship and on the other days we will have separate KS1 and KS2 assemblies.
