Trust IT Technician

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm. Grade D – Step 1 - £23,703 plus 24 days annual holiday plus Bank Holidays.

The trust is comprised of three stellar schools: Wildern School, Deer Park Secondary School and Boorley Park Primary School. Our team of passionate staff work tirelessly to positively impact the lives of our students every day. And, we are thrilled to be expanding our team with a new IT Technician!

As our new IT Technician, you will be based at Wildern, but the role will require some flexibility. You will be responsible for supporting and developing our IT systems, which include both Windows and Mac operating systems. Our users access content using their own personal devices, and we maintain our own network infrastructure, web services and telephony. We take great pride in maintaining as much of our own systems as possible, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of the systems described above, as well as an eye on the horizon for new and innovative technologies that can enhance the teaching and learning experience. You must have excellent technical and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering the highest quality support to users in a busy and fast-paced environment.

A full, clean driving licence and your own transport is essential for this role. Travel expenses between schools are reimbursed. Although the schools are very close together.
